    Fixing battery drain in Fender Ultra Jazz's

    I have 2 ultras. I don't have batteries in then. I just play in passive mode. I use the active/passive switch as a mute switch. Sorry, I have no idea what the battery life is on my Ultra jazz and p are.

    Try pressing the phantom/ground button. Also try running it on phantom power.
