If it's Yen, it's about $378.00 today.

Their Japanese website lists in Yen, but everything else on Reverb is in USD.

Makes more sense, but for a Bacchus that ends up being a very low price if it is a Japanese made Bacchus.
 
You'll notice the make offer button. I haven't seen it that much on reverb but on eBay people will put astronomical prices all the time just to send their listing to the top and then you can actually contact them and negotiate whatever price you feel like paying. Look how much free advertising this gave the seller.
