My old drummer dropped the old BX1200 down the stairs at his house 4 years ago and it still works perfectly every time it gets turned on, had it since i started and i'm not disappointed with it, built like a tank shame the amp weighs about as much as one!

My first Bass was a Nevada P bass copy that cost my dad £89 5 years ago when i was 14, i have recently bought myself a Warwick Corvette and a Fender Jazz bass both are leagues better than what i started on.

Hi guys here's a quick photo of my V4, gigged with it a few times now and it runs perfectly every time i turn it on, considering the price i got it for i'm very very happy with it.

My warwick would look odd without gold hardware, if it didn't have brass frets i would opt for a different coloured set of hardware.

I have the V4 MkII head and the Em84 from my impression shows input level into the amp, the more you drive the amp the more the two green strips get compressed together, it looks fantastic and the first time i fired up the amp i was blown away with how cool the Em84 looked.

Definately look at old Trace Elliot heads and combos, they may weigh about the same as a house, but they sound fantastic and are built like tanks.

I get fantastic Dubstep synthy sounds out of my pedal board that consists of a Dunlop Bass Wah, EHX enigma Q Balls, EHX big muff and i get some extra meat from the sub dial on my amp, i was looking at a SA hot hand 3 as it has the capability of plugging to any expression pedal

Hi Guys i've been on these forums for a while but i picked up this beast today, a Trace V4 mkII even rarer than it's big brother the V8, sounds great and has a compressor OD gain channel and is my first tube head, very impressed with the find. Can i have a number please? Thanks from the UK...
