That's not quite what I have in mind, I want to be able to click on a pedal that would boost the correct mid frequencies in order to get an overdrive tone. I'm leaning towards the Naga currently.

I like the idea of the Naga though because I could really get a Jeff Buckley "Eternal Life" tone. stopping at say, 600hz and not boosting the bass.

I'm just gonna drop in here and say that the Mastotron is fantastic for copping some Muse tones, however you really have to fiddle with it. I ran it after a medium gain grindy overdrive and got a tone very similar to Stockholm Syndrome

Excellent sound quality, you should definitely do more clips. You have a Walkabout, right? Did you do DI or mic it? EDIT: by more clips I mean more in general: overdrive, fuzz, chorus, etc...

How does the M88 compare to the OC-2? I have the OC-2 but there's too little volume in the octave down setting and some distortion if I barely even play mezzo-forte. I found this video: MXR BASS OCTAVE, and it seems great! Any experience? I just want a simple, cheap octaver, another option...

I think these effects have ridiculously good potential. Now we just need someone to buy them all and try them :D And the booster and distorsore is so small! They need to do that to their synth!

Yeah, the separate boost and EQ footswitches seem awesome, If you needed a good eq for slapping, a boost for a solo, or both for a slapping solo, it could be extremely useful. Was anyone at NAMM?
