    get yourself someone experienced to do the tuning, you'll risk ruining the new heads... thats quite a bugger to do, so I'd rather buy a set with newly packaged heads than one with new heads put onto it by someone inexperienced... Hope you know what I mean, no offense meant there :)

    +1 for recording yourself when playing to a click. I prefer practising to beats, thats more inspiring than plain click, but you'll discover your weak spots sooner than any band member could ever tell you. I've been using the wikiloops.com drumtracks extensively lately, and I catch myself playing...

    where in the world did you get the vid material to cut? I've done some in my time, and you really did a nice job, its not easy to have scenes following each other tell a story or make a point - I think its a timing issue, and for a first attempt, this is really, really well done.

    a friend of mine told me they made around 600 Euro in two days busking in cologne. They do a duo with didge and percussion... Think its about your performing skills wether you get people to stop. Its fine to repeat the setlist, the shopowners around would propably appreciate if you switched...

    I'd say your guitar-gentleman is on the wrong path... +1 for melodic basslines +1 for going next door to hear the bassline (great one) and a good simple Invalid Link Removed to get into the feeling. With a one-drop beat and guitar shredding the off beats, you are all by yourself on the one...
