The VM and Cv series are quite decent actually. Sure its not a USA made Fender but the difference between that and the Mexican ones isn't enough to justify paying almost twice the money for a Mexican. Even the USA made Fenders aren't worth £1000 in my eyes even if they are fantastic.

I've been playing Soundgears most of the time I've been playing bass. They're probably my favourite. I have smaller hands so the neck and string spacing works perfectly for me, I absolutely love the body shape, and they always give a workable tone. I don't have to think twice about them.
