Twin EAW single 15 cabs loaded with Kappalight 3015 and installed a tweeter. 8 cubic feet of 15 madness.
I run an Acoustic 370 into an Ampeg 2 X 15 Folded horn enclosure with a 4 X 10 cabinet.
Can't get all the lows out of the 10's and can't get all the high I want from the 15's, seems to work for me.

I owned this same cab 5 years ago. ..soon after I realised my mistake and bought a NV412. But always said that if the 215 came available I'd grab it back, & that's exactly what happened.

A revive to share an impression I've gotten thru' the years and is motivating certain gear changes lately. I've used 15s all my life but recently I just can't keep ignoring the fact that my 4x10+1(or 2)x15 rigs (or the 15s alone for the case) can't compete with my Peavey 15" combos (TNT150, TKO75, TKO80) in terms of anything: articulation, punch, warmness, even "wholeness". Nowadays in fact I'm selling all my bass cabs and I don't know if I'll get some some new ones, at least in the short run. Will keep my SansAmp RBI+Hartke 3500 rack head for gigs with shared cabs, but otherwise I'm gigging with a Zoom MS60B plus 1 or 2 Peavey TNT150 combos (a second one in great condition is being delivered to me as I speak).
Now, as an example, 2 TNT combos simply blow my Hartke 215XL cab out of the water in punch and loudness and even in chest-thump and plain balls and low-end authority. Altho' I have some clues I don't exactly know what makes this setup so much better and tighter, but it definitely is, at any volume (I attribute this to the cabs, obviously I swapped preamps and all parts of the chain looking for other reasons before jumping to this conclusion, and no way, the boxes sound defintely dead/sterile/slow/uncontrolled compared to the combos).
Could it be that I found my holy grial in small enclosure sort of PA range 15 "boxy" boxes? :-( I mean, not that great a bass response, yet reliable lo-mid, and greater detail into the mids than a bass specific speaker (efficient in that zone, even tho' upper range response on what I have -Scorpions and BWs- ends at 2khz). I've seen this happen with other cabs, particularly some old and small EBS 4x10s (or the Gorm 350 4x10 combo for the case -a monster BTW-). Those came with some Eminence OEM speakers that were pretty close to Gammas IIRC, and altho' the cab's lowend response ended somewhere around 70hz it still had a great articulated AND ballsy lowend feeling to me. Or could I be looking the wrong way and it has something to do with some filtering/compression/magic going on inside the Peavey combos' head sections? (I find this harder to believe, I own all early 1990s' Peavey combos, notorious for being cheap, simple to own/maintain, clean and loud, not particularly colored much less "warmed"/"tightened")

I'll join! Here is my Peavey Model 115 loaded with an Altec 421-8h Series II and powered by a Guild ThunderBass.
I'm looking for another one of these cabs to put a 421-8H for a monster 2x15 rig of doom!
The "right" side of the signal from my Markbass Chorus/Flanger goes to my Trace Elliot 1528 cab (2x15) with my Trace 1048 cab (4x10), each cab driven independently by my Trace AH500X dual mono head. It is eq'd with the mid to high end rolling off, which i where the "left" signal from my Markbass Chorus/Flanger goes to my Trace Elliot AH200S head, eq'd to pick up where the low end leaves off (I've since tweaked it from the pics), and the signal goes to my Trace 4052h "Bright Box" cab (4x5). Low/low mids go to the 2x15 and 4x10 on the bottom, mid to highs separately go to the 4x5 on the top, eq'd and set so that they sound like one cab.
