Randall made a 215 that was square and looked like an oversized guitar 412, diagonally staggered 15s. Think it was 80s though, never seen one in the wild but one was up for sale a while back
The bass player in my first band (early 90s) had a pair of Marshall cabs that looked like oversize guitar 4 x 12s, but one of them had 2 diagonally-arranged 15s and the other had a single 18. I can't remember the model number of the cabs; I think they were JCM800-era but I'm not sure. They were MDF construction, and the 2 x 15 one was kind of falling apart. I wasn't very analytical of bass tone in those days but I mainly recall the bass tone as being loud and muddy (Ibanez SR-something 4-string, Intersound IVP preamp, 200W solid-state Marshall power amp).
