In da house. Fit is bang on, no issues talking/singing. Sound is very cool so far from music (demoed some classical and jazz - you can hear the breath in the woodwinds!)

I have a slight regret that I got translucent white for the background rather than solid so that the graphic would pop more. On the flip side, it doesn't draw too much attention either.

So graphics were applied Monday. Been in buffing for three days now. I'm hoping for buffing complete tommorow. If they can ship tomorrow or Friday, I'll see them on Mon or Tue of next week. Excited. The waits been hard.

Very reasonable assumption. My went thru buffing in 3-4 days, then had the pack and ship. I got an email with a FedEx confirm before the webpage was updated actually.

I am a reggae producer and I also play bass at church. After a heap of research, and a few in-person recommendations from musicians at church who owned a set, I put in my order for V6-stage's like 3 weeks ago. They've been assembled for a few days now, and i'm just doing the waiting thang. I am hoping they work well in the studio application as well as live play. Our church as these cool personal mixers, and i've been using my Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro over-the-ear cans for awhile now. They are just so bulky, and I can't wait for my V6-s's to come. I'll let you guys know what I think once they arrive. I ordered the translucent olive with translucent black faceplates and gold logo.

You'll be really happy. I normally practice with a nice set of Shure headphones, but the weight creates a sore spot up top. The IEMs have all the sound and more, and much more comfortable. I actually am already turning volume down because everything is simply in there at a good level, that nothing has to be cranked. Big thumbs up.

I too play at church (once a month or so on a volunteer rotation). Church is the main reason I bought IEMS. I might (eventually) try to phase them into my country band. Ive been using my open back Beyer DT880 PROS. I really like the 880's. However, Ive been tempted real tempted to get a pair of 770's. There are times when the open back'ness of the 880's is nice.....and there are times when the open back'ness is not so nice. Despite that, I think the Beyer 880's sound really good. I'm curious to see how they'll compare to the quads. I know the quads will have more bass by design. But it'll be interesting to hear the differences between the highs, mids, and soundstage of the quads -vs- the 880's. I would be curious to hear your opinion on how your V6S's compare to your 770's.

I'll be real interested on hearing your opinions of them once you've had a chance to adjust to them. The V6's were my 2nd overall choice.
