1x12 cabinet recommendations, please!

I would think a horizontal 2x10 would take up less floorspace than a 1x12 due to the lesser amount of footprint. You probably need to consider the aspect of being constraint on height along with floorspace.

I would look at PJB, TE's 2x8, or other small, hi-tech cabs.

I have a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 with the GB 2x10 cabinet. It's a great amp. However, over the past year, I've been building a tiny house on wheels. Because of the limited space in such a house, I don't really think I'm going to be getting my 2x10 in there. I was thinking it would be best to look for a 1x12 cabinet that I could run my Shuttle head through and leave the 2x10 at my folks' place. If the need arose, I could run both cabinets to unleash all 600w the Shuttle can offer.

The problem is size. The smartest place for me to store my amp (floorspace is at a premium), is in the underfloor storage. Our bedroom in the tiny house is raised 500mm (a little shy of 20"), and the space under that raised floor is all storage. So, I'm looking for an amp no higher than that.

Another issue is that here in New Zealand, there is a rather limited range available. Genz Benz used to be sold by The Rockshop (our equivalent of Guitar Center), but they don't carry any of the Genzler gear. The best option looks like buying from Australia.

Anyway, if anybody knows of a small 1x12 cabinet that handles 350W at 8ohms, please let me know!
I find the Bag End 12" vented back with an Emminence Kappalite 3012HO is deep, punchy, super well built, and very portable for small to mid size gigs. I have used primarily Bag End cabinets for 30+ years

I recently got a Schroeder 12pl. 600 watts and 28lbs. It's a great cabinet. Jorg also makes a 400 watt (I think) version that is even smaller and lighter. Jorg is VERY helpful and will work you a smokin' deal. Give eem a call! ;)

...A lot of the components are also pretty expensive here, as they are imported. The Eminence drivers specified by Greenboy are over $500NZD. Once the other components are added on, you're almost looking at the price of a new cab...

All good points. However, keep in mind that the resulting cabinet (12/6) will out perform almost every 112 and most 115 and 210 cabinets—IME and IMHO.

I have a MarkBass 102P (2 x 10) that's only 13" wide (24" high and 17" deep). You could easily store it on its side and have room left. It's also very light and sounds great.

SB112 Bass cab – Avatar Speakers

I got one of these a while back, when they were, admittedly, less expensive.

That said, mine has served me well through many gigs and sessions, including schleps on the NYC Subways and... "influenced" jam sessions.
Mine is as solid as it gets.

Also, props to Dave's customer service.
Looks to me like the price actually went down. I like the one with the midrange. I own the one with the tweeter.

In Canada, my favorite is the Traynor TC112. it's a Neo celestion 12 inch speaker in a very compact well made ported cab. I do have mine upgraded with deltalite 2 neo drivers because they are stronger and slightly more efficient for the type of tone I like, although I played one with the celestion for a while and it sounded very similar and was also excellent.
