Congratulations Boston Red Sox......2013 World Series Champions.
Moved to Off Topic. Miscellaneous is for music related topics.
When Victorino banged that one off the Green Monster, I pretty much knew it was a done deal.
But, St. Louis went on to surprise and disappoint with more little league play in the field. I'd never seen an MLB player survive a rundown after being picked off.
Is it me of did Big Papi bat .733?
Mental, mental, mental!
And if you're into the Boston red Sox - ALREADY this morning, tons of World Series 2013 winner Boston Red Sox merch!
Boston Red Sox World Series Camps Merch -
Colin Cowherd this morning was talking about how the question must be asked if Big Papi is juicing. I agree, it should be asked. 99% of guys don't have a career resurgence at 37 or 38. Cowherd was mentioning how his bat speed was incredible.
Is Cowherd a Yankees fan?
Ortiz also batted .091 against Detroit. Guess the steroids weren't working in that series...
But in this day and age, probably good to ask the question
Congrats, Sox fans. And good on Boston for not freaking out too much and setting the city on fire.
Oh boy..already? Color me so surprised. :/
Imma brand Cowherd an opportunistic Jackazz.
He's been saying it all year.
Congrats to the Red Sox and their fans.
"Career resurgence"--meh. Compared to his career numbers, his stats this year aren't much above average, and they're not as good as his peak years.
I hope it isn't true. He is a hero in New England. Very accessible and active in the community. People love that guy. Heck, I love him and I don't have any affection for the Red Sox.
Best season, playoff run and world series ever. Everybody is celebrating except for the owner of this car.
Ok, Well I don't follow his radio show but just the same can you just give them at least a day of celebration before braying on about speculations?
MAN am I glad they finally won the dang thing so I can SHAVE! This thing ITCHES!
Wow, those must be some defective drugs he is on. They only work SOMETIMES. He has been on a roller coaster this year. Some days it looks like he sees a beach ball being thrown at him (in other words he can't miss). And some days it seems as though the ball could BE a beach ball and he wouldn't be able to hit it.
The latest in drug technology. "Selective Enhancement" I guess that is so he a plausible deniability?
Gimme' a break.
I have no Boston ties, but eff Gawker. Cheap, shoddy cynicism, 24-7.
