2015 Effects GAS...post now, be embarrassed later

I have a few things on my Christmas list which may or may not happen. But my 2015 effects GAS is simple---it's two items that aren't even out yet.

(1) Panda Audio Future Impact
Semi-announced but still vaporware at this point.

(2) Source Audio Reflex
Coming in spring 2015(?)


I will probably need a Hub (I might get that with some Christmas money, TBD) and a few other smaller, cheap auxiliary controller pedals at some point. But really, my major GAS boils down to those two pedals.

Then I'll have to play around with MIDI / expression pedals for it.
Beyond that, it mostly depends on which pedals I can shelve when I get the H9.

The new upcoming Source Audio Reflex and maybe the new Midi switcher they are coming up with. There is talk on their Delay pedal and possibly a Synth pedal which means I'd need another HUB FOR CONNECTIVITY.

.... errrrr... well, let's see now.... I usually start the year by saying "I've got all I need, so no change", then hook up with a new band and then go "this or that pedal would fit in great" and I usually end up overhauling half the board.

But not this year. No sireeee.
As my homie eveilleu, I'm heading for less but better stuff (for my budget).

So the only change I'm foreseeing at this point is adding a filter. Or a synth. Or a phaser... yeah, I'd like to get a block 90 back on, if only for the orange color. Then a wah, but a small one. And a microthumpinator, of course, should I find one at a good price. With the current band, a delay pedal would be great to cover KOL Sex on fire. Lately, been drooling for a portable Ampeg amp....

I've been toying with the idea of getting a Roland V-Bass or VB-99 (and the necessary GK-3B instrument add on). Mainly because it would, *IN THEORY*, give me a perfect 62 or 75 Precision, or a 72 Jazz, or a Musicman, or a Thunderbird, or a... you get the idea.

Feel free to tell me why this is a bad idea. In fact, PLEASE tell me this is a bad idea, because it's expensive. Also, given Roland seems to no longer make the synth modules, maybe they are throwing me a big hint.

Deep Impact re-issue would be the only effect but effect-related - a Voodoo Lab unit to power my pedalboard (to make room for say, the Deep Impact re-issue).
