Id love to fill out my bass guitar stable with a stingray 5. But it ain't happening in 2017 since acquisitions in 2016 were a Carvin fretless JB5 and a Carvin BX700 amp, with only the sale of a Yamaha RBX375 and an Ampeg BA108 to offset it.

I think it's going to just be the year I finish my fEARful 12/6/1 and that's all.

I'm always trying to find my ideal gear setup and it always seems like I'm getting really close to what I need. Unfortunately, new purchases lead to more gas. What are you looking to buy in 2017?

I have a great LB-100, Alder~Rosewood. I'd really like an Ash~Maple one to go with it.

There are other threads like this I know but this is more about not what you want but more about complimenting your other gear.

Only GAS i have planned is a nice 5 string and a Dano baritone of some sort. Oh, and if the opportunity presents itself, a Fender Bassman 100t. Of course, GAS is not so easy, and presents itself at inopportune times
