3Leaf Audio Club - Episode 2

The headphone amp is full-range, so any little noise or hum that might not be noticeable through a cab will be easy to hear in the headphones. If you don't have any noise issues with your linear supply, I'd stick with using that.

Yes, I was just curious if it's my pedal or it's a common "ground noise" problem that can be only solved with an appropriate power supply.

(just because a switching thing is really handy in the gigbag or for some plug'n'study situations)

Thought I'd (re) post my mostly filter and dirt board. Half of the pedals are 3 Leaf and Darkglass...

whoah xero & a wonderlove? :bassist:

Do you mind sharing your signal chain? Also what is that black one right in the middle...:ninja:

My go-to bass guitar synth sound is OC2>TFR>standard Xero>expression pedal. I love the proto Proton for walking bass lines... I got the Wonder Love for other envelope filter applications, but I am still learning how to use it.

My signal path is: OC2>Rusty Box>B3K>VMT>TFR>Proton>Wonder Love>Xero>Psilocybe>Polytuner.

Believe it or not, I use them all.

I know that Rudy's in NYC has one. I saw it yesterday...

Bassgod. Your the man! Just ordered 1 of two Enabler left in the US for sale from Rudy's.

Spencer- your right, can't wait to try this baby out. Love the headphone capabilities. I was thinking about using it for IEM. I already have the wireless setup but I was hoping for more definition. I should be ok to run an aux out of the board into the aux on the enabler, Right? Also is the 1spot acceptable for powering the headphone amp?

Thank you very much

Yes on both counts.

Just got the last PWNZOR I could find anywhere. I guess I'm cleaning everyone out :)

I'm very happy with my empress comp but so far I've loved everything that Spencer has made and I want to give the PWNZOR a go while there's still ONE for sale.

Edit: The store was actully out of them too but it took them 2 days to tell me and send money back so I've been pretty excited for no reason :( Well guess I'm on the look for the PWNZOR. If anyone has one they want to get rid of let me know!

Use the Enabler for the first time last night. It worked beautifully. I love the EQ point so much that I'm going to trade in my B7k in for the B3k and Enabler. The Eq just works better for me on the Enabler. And the Deep switch is AWESOME! Thanks Spencer. Also used the headphone amp live with a mix coming from the board into the Aux in and the headphone out going into my wireless transmitter and it sounded so much cleaner then the Rolls setup I was using before it.

I'll get a picture up for a number when I get my PWNZOR this weekend.

I'm contemplating a 3rd board strictly for tone shaping, and that Enabler is definitely on the list. No real rush, but the thought is along with the Enabler, it'll include things like another PWNZOR if I can track one down, possibly the new Funkulator from Creation Audio Labs, a Whirlwind Bass Ten, etc.

Also, still have my GR1/GR2/Proton, but want to try out the Wonderlove for kicks. All in good time. Muah ha ha ha!

lol
