You guys are a pedal peddlar's wet dream.
If Spencer hasn't already figured that out just from the rest of this thread previously, he's not paying attention. lol He doesn't really need us to tell him that though. If he's got people like Paul Turner and Bootsy Collins paying attention, us regular schmoes will buy his pedals.

Well.. considering he sold some of us white proton just because "He'll say what the rusty pedal is when they're gone" I'd think he can sell a lot!

On a side note, my black proton has sold and shipped out yesterday, but the new white one has not arrived yet... I'm feeling deprived of funk right now.
It's times like these that you may be vulnerable to the "placebo syndrome" - keep your "Bop Gun" handy while waiting!
Can't blame me for tryingI'll keep that in mind, but I'm 98% positive the PWNZOR won't be a pedal I ever part with. It's the only compressor I've never felt like I'm fighting with when I have it on. Right now I just want to see if I miss it if I take it off my board and go from there.

If I had room on my board I'd rock a Proton for envelope filter sounds, and a Wonderlove with an expression pedal for manual wah sounds. Spencer does great work.
I wish someone out there would make an octave/envelope pedal. Kinda like the Bassballs, but with octave instead of dirt. And you know, since Spencer is so good at envelope filters, and is has an upcoming octaver...........

Spencer seems intelligent, so I expect he'll tell you to buy a proton and then buy his octave. No reason to combine a pedal that when you have two that accomplish the same thing

That's actually what I already do... I have my Octamizer right next to my Proton on my main board, and I can hit both switchs with one stomp. I just have lusty pedal dreams of one box with Octave/Envelope!

All we demand is that the pedals be the best that have ever been created.
I'm not knocking multipurpose pedals, but I don't think most pedal makers put much of their effort into saving space on people's boards. I'm pretty sure they leave that agony up to us.
Agreed...I just bought a Hartman Analog Flanger that's about the biggest pedal I've ever seen...but also better than any other flanger I've heard
