5 string fretless comp.

So; here are some shots of the finished bass; not the pro ones i would like to get soon; my new girlfriend is amazing with the cam (its her career! score!) but i finally had a moment with a charged camera battery so here ya go.
DAVE-CHAULK- the heel is suprisingly comfy, my hand fits right in the pocket for an undisturbed hand postion landing on the 24th 'fret' keep in mind this was technically my first neck-thru, and i had some issues with the sculpting; not an excuse only an explanation, and im sure not everyones cup o' tea; the original intent was like a straight line from the bodies 2 contact points with a slight carve about the size as what you see :hmm:
just outside thinking from my comfort zone, but im glad i seen the light on a 'fun' build and not one that was commisioned, cuz i would most likely be making it again!
but thanks for checkin it out and commenting all the same :)

i gotta buff up the pickups and steelwool the cavity cover to make them match, but thats it!

Hey Grant, this bass is really beautiful in every detail. BE Burl and Mahogany are a perfect match and the gutsy black FB truly brings them to life. The matching HS/p-ups and knobs are so classy. Beautiful!
On stage that thing will be a crowd magnet - much to the front man's disappointment ;)

er.... any sound clip? :D
