Dude, Circle K. Had Foderas earlier and settled on those after a long long time playing a Yamaha TRB and a Fender Jazz, and had Foderas and loved them.
Then I discovered Circle Ks and they are similiar but... I mean, way better in every way. Tone, consistency, balance, feel, price, service.
If you want a easily played (no matter how you play as they have all gauges literally...) , extremely long-lasting string, get a set or two.
I have started to put their 4-string sets on my other basses and they rock as well, in every gauge I've tried, truly great string.
