I was just watching Fender's promo clip for the amp with Freddie Washington. What an amazing piece of gear, and almost embarrassing amount of features. All that for $799? Wow. only 39 pounds weight, as well!
It's all true too. I have the Studio 40 with the very same digital front end and it is amazing!
You can get 2 Peavey Headliner 1x12's for $400 brand new. Get a nice used 500w head with the remaining $400 from a TB member.
It has yet to arrive on these shores. Eminence China is manufacturing them for Fender. The official introduction/release is forthcoming.

Peavey Headliner 4x10. With tax it comes in under $800, you've got a versatile rig which moves a lot of air and enough volume for any club gig and if it's a bigger gig the FOH does all the heavy lifting anyways.

This is a solid rig. I’d stay away from the gimmicky amps. Bluetooth / WiFi? Why? Maybe a bottle opener on the side of the cab would be useful.
I use a GK MB212-ii for my gigs. 500 watt combo with 2 12” drivers in 41 pounds. Can’t beat it and I can’t imagine a gig where I’d need more than that (and not have PA support). I used to use the Rumble 500 as others have suggested, but the GK sounds much better imo and puts out more power.
The downside to high tech heads is that they become obsolete quickly. I don’t mind that in pedals. But in heads / combos, the fewer things that can break are a plus in my book. But whatever works for you is what works for you.
I own a Helix, so I’m not anti modeling. Just prefer to keep it out of the amp.

I'm kind of a luddite not just with basses but with cameras and other gear, too, and the last thing I want in an amp is to be scrolling through an interface. But I have techie friends for whom such stuff is second nature, they in fact drool to explore new gear. And this amp would be for them.
Another great feature I noticed, incidentally, is the outputs - both pre and post.
I’ve also thought the 210 sounded good. But GK isn’t available through ZZounds and I believe that’s where he is going to purchase, only there.
That's my one concern, the 800 seems fantastic, but if for whatever reason I decide I want something different down the road.. I have to sell and start new, whereas with a head/cab I can just swap the cab or the head. Much easier.
Anything with digital gimmicks is going to drop in resale price quickly.
I'd say luddite with basses, I prefer simpler basses like my Fender P. The most "technology" I have in a bass is on my Ibanez Talman with the active EQ. I'm a big fan of keeping things simple. I don't want any more knobs, doodle-ma-bobbers, or thing-a-ma-hickeys than is necessary. "Necessary" features will vary by user, but doesn't the Rumble 800 rely on Fender maintaining a phone app to interface with it?
You know I'm not 100% sure if it requires a phone and app at all times. My understanding is the phone can be used for uploading/downloading presets that other artists have made. Just unsure if you're required to use that or if you can make your own on the amp and save them there.
