Its been a good while, but i got some new update pics of my bass. Im really pleased about how she's turning out, and cant wait to get her! I'm not completely sure but i believe all thats left is hardware and electronics. HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT!

Right on thanx John. From what I understand, the hold up was due to a huge build up of orders (especially extended range basses) over a three year period or so. Bee Basses "is a one man operation". But for the most part, the hold up was just a bunch of miscommunication. If i would have known i had to wait for my bass like i have, I would have never placed the order, but I AM SO HAPPY AFTER SEEING HER AFTER ALL THIS TIME! She looks well worth the wait, and from ive heard time and time again, she will sound just as good as she looks if not better.

well, hang in there champ, that's sorta the case with custom builders. i know from experience. sometimes things just get swamped for them, and you have to wait. i waited over 2 years for my 8 string fretted conklin, and that was after i got 7 basses built for me by bill conklin. he just got totally swamped with orders. on the other hand, my doubleneck, which you would think would take a long time, took him less than 3 months from order to completion.

Just got word from Fred from over at Bee Basses last night telling me she's now ready to ship, and to expect studio pics of the final product sometime tonight!!

I'll get those pics up as soon as i get them.
