Not if you fall asleep when you’re driving.
For a different perspective, some times it takes 2 hours to go 10 miles up here around Boston during rush hour, so I’m going to say yes.
Lol. I think we all have.I've done worse.
Gig came up thats 90 miles (about 1 hour 40 minutes from me) and will pay $200.00.
Details overall are sketchy/non-existant but so far the B.L. that sets these things up hasn't led us into anything thats been truly bad. It's supposed to pay $200.00 per person.
Is that reasonable? I've driven as far or further for less in the past but these days I try to keep those long distance gigs to a minimum, mainly because I have trouble staying awake on the drive home...That basically means stopping every 30 minutes or so to nap, or worst case getting a motel room, taking an Ambien and sleeping for 4-5 hours in a real bed.
What do the women look like 200 miles away from your house?
Bc fringe benefits.
I've found that trusting my inner voice is the best bet. This B.L. usually comes through. Theres always a first time though...this is really one of those instances where my inner voice is saying "No Way", but as it stands now Im the only one that would be saying no I think.
I once ventured 200 miles away into the vast unknown for a gig.
The girls looked decidedly different but hot nevertheless...
