A Little Roscoe Fun

the hardware on mine is black, so the mismatched look wont bother me, but on the chrome it tends to stand out quite a bit.

OK, good. I'm glad you're squared away. I got nervous for a sec before I had a chance to look up your specs. :)

Honestly, I didn't even notice it, and I held the thing in my hands for quite a while. Different eyes see different things. Nobody's wrong, everybody's just different. :)

You make it very difficult to not buy more basses. Great job spec'ing another great looking and I'm sure sounding bass.

My kids like Luke Bryan so we hear Roscoe goodness all the time.

If only I had $3,000 laying around...

Have I ever mentioned that I prefer black hardware?

Yeah, I probably have. :D

Actually matching shiny or matching satin chrome does look good on the traditional sunburst finished Roscoe's.

Ah oh! Is it going to be one of the RM LTD's? Although, that tobacco burst fantastic.

It'll be tobacco burst I believe. Although that's up in the air at this point. It's yellow so far, and the plan is to burst it to make it a tobacco burst... I believe it's a Century Standard, Ash/Maple.

Huh? I've never seen pbass pickups on a six. That should be cool.

I've said this before but I'll say it again- the roscoes with the Aguilar pups and pre sound incredible. IMO.

I would have put the Aguilar pups in my shorty roscoe if they would have fit. But they didnt. I do have the obp1 with jazz Bart's. I LOVE the obp 1 even though I was not fond of the obp 3. Hmm..

Regardless - when someone picks up these roscoes with the Aguilar set up they will not be disappointed. Truly great sound.
