Some guy actually sent me this on a dating site:

Hi

Hey you are quite pretty.

I am Ari from Chicago and I am interested in you.

I believe that I have an exceptional sense of humor and my female colleagues like my company.

I am coming to the Bay Area next week for a job interview, therefore, I thought let approach you for a good time and to create an alliance for the future.

I have whatever you looking for. So please gimme a chance babe.

What to say. I invite you read my profile, hopefully expecting you to find me suitable for you.

I want to be your humble servant to fulfill your aspirations.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Ciao!

It totally sounds like he cut-and-pasted it. My favorite thing is how it's all formal until he writes "so please gimme a chance babe." :rollno:

Oh, and since when is the Bay Area by Chicago?

What are your worst pickup stories?

I'm sure you have seen my mayhem scar?

A girl who liked me once scarred a cross into her arm infront of me, in hoping i'd find it cool. Quite pathetic of her actually.

So she was trying to impress you by enduring self inflicted pain in front of you (to no avail, you dismissed it as "pathetic", as stated in your post).

If you found it pathetic when she did it, what logic motivated you to scar yourself?

Complete boredom and I guess a sign of being such a massive fan.

I didnt do it to try pull someone, nor did I do it infront of anyone.

I fear that, in years to come when you are past the "black metal" phase, that this scar will be an embarrassing and pertinent reminder of your time as an angsty youth (you will perhaps even find tolerance in years to come!).

I've thought of that myself, but its one thing I feel stronger about than anything.

E.G. I'd rather go to see mayhem in concert than have Liz Vicious as my girlfriend (Google her).

It's pretty much all I care about.
