Got one of them too and you are correct. Actually ALL Ric basses are badass!
Jetglo for me. Black and white bass is just classy looking
then you through it on a Rick and it looks classy and gorgeous!
On a side note that black pickguard on the jetglo was superb

I wanted solid blue/red, but I went with Fireglo because I played one in a store and fell in love with it. With that particular instrument, not the finish. But I owned a Jetglo back in the day. Tough call!
Fireglo look best on an S bass. Macca.
Mapleglo is best with checkered binding.
Since none of those versions are currently manufactured, Jetglo!

Ive had both, and currently have the FireGlo (as you can see in my avatar). I love both but if I were going to buy a new one it would be JetGlo and black it out completely.

Go check out new posts on the Rickresource forum, Rick is making limited runs of Jetglo and Fireglo with checker binding for the Japanese market. Probably stupid expensive to import though. Salivating.

Ditto. Jetglo of the two, but I replaced my Jetglo with Ruby when they came out. Had been looking for a good used Burgundy for years...
