4003 Fireglow or Jetglow?

Fireglo has changed over the years - love the old ones but I'm not a fan of the more recent ones (up to a few years ago, not sure about now) - they look like partially-cooked meat to me.

I also really like Jetglo - enough that I have 2!

Hey looks like mine. you could have sent the black PG as well. I wouldn't have rejected it.

I've got the pickguard and an actual black Ric truss rod cover to match it. I'm saving them just in case I ever decide to get another Ric.

Well I,m kinda bias cause I have a Jetglo 4003, but I also like my Snowglo.

The Tone Twins; of your choices, I'll have to go with Jetglo (like my '73 4001). Don't like Red anything, regardless of what marketing wankers choose to call it. My '87 Rick 330 is red - sorry; Fireglo (when you're a lefty, you take what you can get); but it won't be after the refinish, though. I really like blue...

I'm a big fan of jetglo(especially with a black pick guard..see avatar)..I do like the older fireglo but, the newer ones have a pinkish hue to them that doesn't look quite right..I also have a '82 4001 in gloss walnut(looks kinda like autumglo) that I really like too..I voted Jetglo because it screams bada$$ Ric to me

au natural for me....MapleGlo shows off the design and wood the best vs. JetGlo which covers it up, and FireGlo is just too "hey, look at me" of a color..

I voted Fireglo because I already have a Jetglo.

My mind can't comprehend the Jetglo love. I really don't see the appeal. To me, Fireglo is the best colour.. I would almost say of any bass, not just Rickenbacker.

I don't really play enough at the moment to justify too many basses but I really want one.
