Only if life is that easy. This statement won't fly if the item is not as described or seen. For example if you fail to mention a broken nut in your description and the buyer wants a resolution for that, you can not say "ok body, move on. All sales are final" :)

Hereby; I would like to clarify the above statement is not related to this thread, but it is a general understanding of mine.
