A thought on DEATH.

Death is a motivator for accomplishment in life.

If we didn't die, why would we want to do anything? We'd have all the time in the world to get it done.

Besides, how many of us want to be around after a global-scale nuclear winter?

And how many of us really want to be alive to hear the next Phil Collins album played on the radio without our control?

On my reflection recently on how short and fragile Life is I came to realize that this very day IE October sixth could very well be the day it all ends in the years to come. Most of us do not know the day and time of our death in advance and it is interesting to reflect on what possible month and day it would end.

Losing both parents, while your still in your 30's has a definite impact on your views of death... Made me realize, I want to be happy.
