I can't sleep because my rediculous wife insists on using a heavy blanket in the middle of a hot summer.
Hang in there Texan.
Show up in the boudoir tonight with a sleeping bag for her.

Also, guys that quote the post directly above theirs. Especially long posts. I just finished reading the dissertation and now I gotta scroll it again?
On the other hand,
I hate when I decide to try
and just write a quick response to
the last post without using a quote,
and then someone sneaks in a new post while I'm typing,
thus rendering my reply
out of context.
Facebook. My best friend can't handle the complexity of sending a text anymore, yet out some stupid emoticons and a few dumb cat pictures and he can't contain himself.
It ALWAYS GOES TO MO****ING FACEBOOK MESSENGER!!!

My wife has cancer. Second surgery was today and now the hellish pathology wait begins.

They don't do Facebook either, even though at least two of them are always on. I'll even send group messages, and I KNOW they read it (it say's seen by..) but they never respond.

I have found that this is a great place to vent. So, I have taken the liberty of routing my plumbing stack into here to vent it; if you notice an odor, you'll know what it is.
Ok, I'll play.
We have been in a drought for a long time. It just irks the crap out of me how the rain and clouds will swirl and threaten us, but won't actually come and give some rain right here. We've gotten a little (not nearly enough), but it's all around us and never seems to get close enough. Last Sunday night the forecast for Monday was 80% chance of rain. Booyah! Monday morning they had changed it to 20%. And then it didn't rain at all. Just. Can't. Win.![]()
What a guy. So you're just making a stink without venting?
That's....pitiful.
I would happily share with you. We have had rain daily for the last two months. Last week we had reached 20 inches of rain when we average 10. I just bought an old house with a roof leak, so my plan was to have this thing wrapped up instead of having a constant drizzle in the kitchen I just gutted.
