They're just being disrespectful, while I am not.
People who don't use the grocery separator stick used to irk me.
A few times I reached over, grabbed two sticks, and while placing one after their order and mine, I told them I really appreciate them offering to pay for my groceries, but my upbringing demands I must respectively decline their generosity.
I don't do that any more though, as some people just forget to do it.
Keep the poor dumb. One of the ruling class's rules of thumb.
Rant for today: engineers.
Engineering crap to JUST barely do the job for a CALCULATED lifespan, under what they assume is AVERAGE stress; stress calculated in controlled environments.
Case in point: car doors. If you're gentle with your doors, you can make them last decades. If you have a lady and kids in your life, the doors are shot in a year or so. Rattling, trim shedding shadows of what they used to be. The the vents: louvers all askew, chrome trim levers missing....
This applies to much other than autos. Thanks engineers.
Oh and don't get me started on 3/8" bass tuners.....![]()
Wait. you're correct. Engineers need to boycott working for companies. That'll fix em.Great rant, wrong blame - those constraints are usually place by managers and business types, not engineers.

Yeah, little plastic mechanisms pee me off. EG. Battery boxes that tabs break off of on expensive items like guitars.
I've always felt that we vote by where we work
So you think everyone who has a $%!##& job is there because he wants to be, as if that's his dream job?
The only thing they're voting for is having a check so they can pay bills.
You're wrong.People that not only say "your wrong" but add "on so many levels". As if they have a deep insight into how many levels of wrong there on one issue.
If I'm wrong I'm wrong. period. if you ask me who the 13th president of the United States was...and I get it wrong then it's end of story. There are not 28 levels of wrong on that question.
