Is that just the pre or the full pre and pwr amp sim?

just the pre. right now, I wouldn't be able to squeeze the poweramp PCBs in it. it's going into a 1590XX/1790NS enclosure which is 5.7" x 4.7" x 1.5"

Unless you have a box of NOS inductors, they should be really hard to source...

i do have some NOS acoustic control corp inductors but i'm using gyrators in this one.

i'm making progress on the 370 preamp but here's the reason that I can't fit the power amp circuit into the 370 preamp pedal (unless I use a HUGE enclosure!).
not shown is the 5 slider pot graphic eq board (which is larger than any of the ones pictured below) or the relay true bypass board:

i got the graphic slider board etched and tested for the 370 preamp.

the pedal sounds frickin' awesome. I just need to fix a few tiny issues with the circuit and it'll be ready to do a final assembly.

the preamp, but i'm not going to make them available for sale due to the complexity of building it (unless of course, someone wants to pay huge bucks for one).

if I were to sell them, i'd get a PCB manufacturer to make the PCBs and design it for pcb mounted pots.

Hmm. A line of nice vinty-vibe pedals, like the SansAmp VT pedal, could be a success to a point, due to the move toward smaller amps, modeling, and old school sounds. Just saying...

well, unfortunately, that's not gonna happen from me.

I finally got the preamp prototype working perfectly and IMO, it sounds awesome (just like the real amp!)
what I really love about it is that it's not a simulation pedal of a 370 preamp, but rather the exact same circuit found in the head running at the same voltage, but instead of using 120VAC, it runs on 9 volts with a 60-70ma current draw.
I has a ridiculous amount of output too!
now I need to start getting everything mounted in the enclosure.

How does a 370 compare to a 360 (preamp I'm building) soundwize?
