are you mad because you can't yet buy an amp that you probably won't buy down the road anyway? are you personally offended because someone told you a product was being released and then, god forbid, something happened and it still isn't released? don't you think that someone running a company with the ultimate goal of selling amps would prefer to be selling them rather than having to hear you whine and complain about the fact that they're not out? you all approach it like he's deliberating withholding amps that you're somehow entitled to have the right to buy. lunacy. and it depresses me to no end.

but... if you read this thread straight through, its not a hype thread. it was an independent poster talking about how excited he was about one of these amps after he played it. the manufacturer didn't get involved until everyone started hassling the OP. and I don't see why the manufacturer owes you or any of the other members of the lynch mobs pictures of an amp he's busting his hump trying to bring to the market. sure, it might get people happy, but you people treat manufacturers like they're somehow beholden to you, the so-called "buying" public, who most likely won't buy this anyway.

the "quotes" were me being snarky, implying that the people on here who complain the loudest are unlikely to ever buy this thing anyway. of course someone will probably reply to my comment by saying "i totally WOULD have, but NOT ANYMORE". there's just a general obnoxious attitude that this board can adopt when a manufacturer isn't that great at message board communication, and its disheartening to watch it play out.

I tried to click on that link and my AVG security went nuts on it as did my WOT site rating system.

As far as WHOIS is concerned, the site (acoustic.homeunix.net) has received it's parent domain rating
and states that it is a very poor security risk.

WHOIS rates the site dangerous, bad privacy settings and dangerous to users
AVG rates it as generally dangerous
WOT rates it as dangerous, extremely bad vendor reliability and dangerous to children.​

Wow, what? Dangerous to children? How did they come up with that? I've been there plenty of times, and it's perfectly fine. It's not any different then other forums, like Forever Doom or the Sunn Index. Maybe don't become a registered user, but there's nothing wrong with just visiting it.

If not, I'm not sure which picture you're talking about, I haven't seen another picture of side to side Acoustic line up in this thread. If it is this one you're talking about, then these are all vintage Acoustics, not current prototype/production ones.

On a side note, where did you find those links with Acoustic and Josie and the Pussy Cats? What's that all about?
