Update: my dad snapchatted to say he left San Francisco half an hour ago. He's driving down to pick me up upon release. Good thing I called him as he was still asleep at 5 pm, LOL, such a character. I was afraid he'd bail but he texted pictures of himself having breakfast and fueling up so as to reassure me he's coming. Family is such a blessing!
