... but don't let everyone know about it. Otherwise people will expect you to do it for them for free and complain when you can't/won't.
I have three rules I live by:

2. Don't do anything you will regret later
3. Try not to be a douchebag.

(corollary ... treat TV like you treat a trip to McDonald's)
Love conquers all things but it can take a really long time. It is a good way to develop patience.
Engage in physical activities. Use it or lose it.
Don't drink sodas or other sugary drinks.
The moment you think you need to teach someone a lesson pull back and pause. Ask yourself "Why am I doing this? What do I hope to achieve? Is that really going to happen?
Being right isn't all it's made out to be . Someone who is always right can end up being left (alone)
Seldom yell in anger or use profanity. That way when you do it will have a much greater impact.
