Advice to young folk

There was a hot little blond that used to work in a local pizza joint. Easy on the eyes and not enough upstairs to be a bother.
She was unable to get any, uh, attention. Guys were vidoeing, texting etc. Anything but taking care of business.
Take care of business
... but don't let everyone know about it. Otherwise people will expect you to do it for them for free and complain when you can't/won't.
tl;dr: Don't let people take you for granted.
Enjoy your children while they're still young, because the next thing you know they'll have grown up and moved away.
Don't underestimate saving money. Even a small amount like $50 a month can go a long way in the future. Even if it's not in an interest generating account, that $50 a month will be $6,000 in 10 years and chances are, you'll appreciate having it.
I have three rules I live by:
