If they'd combine this with their 2-band eq in a single enclosure, that would be a fantastic pedal.

The samples do sound nice. Trying to find a reason why I would need it if I already have the tone hammer pedal 
The newer EWS BMC goes to 2.5K(the Darkglass Harmonic Booster I have goes to 3K). I like the frequencies from 1.5 to 3K to hit before overdrive.

Yeah I had the same question. Seems like a bit of a missed opportunity. Even 2K would have been nice
Yeah. I realize I'm not in the majority, but to me even 1K isn't quite out of the boxy territory when looking for a shiny attack, and by 4K that shiny attack has turned into nothing more than string/fret noise.
That being said, I like both of my old 80's GK amps which have that same eq gap, but the bright switch IS at 2K, and the amps themselves are voiced in the upper mids, it seems. My Mesa Bass 400 got it right, though.
I don't understand why they make these EQ pedals with no means to control the overall gain. Sometimes changing the EQ affects the perceived volume, but there's no way to adjust for that.
The EWS Tri-logic 3 seems to basically be that. I don't entirely love my Tri-logic 2, however, since it rolls off my high-end by default. Maybe the 3 fixed that problem. I still like the Tri-logic 2, it's a good pedal, I just wish it was a tad more transparent.
I haven't tried that one either, i rarely see any Xotic stuff around these days... i really liked the blender, function-wise. Wish they'd downsize it, tho. Only thing i'm a little bummed about is that they're not using Comic sans anymore.

I love this idea. I use a Noble preamp pedal, which I love. I added a Source Audio EQ pedal just to give me a touch of mid control when I play fretless. This is a more simple and less expensive option. I’m in.

I think a 2-band version with Q control would be nice, but for $99.99, this is a pretty good deal (and small form factor). This definitely seems geared towards the Aguilar fan base (I'm in that camp), as there are so many other options these days that are better. Either way, I'm sure it'll be a success.
I think this is awesome. I play a Fender Rumble 500 and there is definately somehting missing in the mid range.
