I would define a perfect album as one that I can't think of any way to improve it. By that standard, I know of only three perfect albums.


1) DSOTM - Pink Floyd

2) BSSM - RHCP

3) 10,000 Days - Tool

Joe Jackson - Look Sharp

In my opinion the perfect pop album - minimal production tricks; just great production. Perfect arrangements. Perfect mix. Brilliant songs. No instrumental wank just good players, playing exactly what's needed.

If the latest Britney/U2/J-Loh album is your idea of a good album you'll probably hate it...
