The Smashing Pumpkins - Rotten Apples

you know that was their Greatest Hits album, right?![]()

Angel Witch - Angel Witch (Alien: "What does metal sound like?" Captive old school metalhead: "THIS!")
Iron Maiden - Powerslave (IMHO, Best Bass Tone Ever.)
Metallica - Kill 'Em All (not a fan of the band, especially now, but their most addictive album, beginning to end, and IMO, their most important.)
Kreator - Terrible Certainty (Storming with Menace! bass audible, but barely so.)
Kreator - Hordes of Chaos (An ultra rare modern perfect recording.)
Might be missing some favorites, just out of the top of my head.
I have a huge list of almost perfect albums, and another huge amount of virtually perfect recordings without electric bass (from the classical music repertoire -true metal and classical music are not mutually exclusive, you know? I laugh at elitism in music and elsewhere.)
