Gotta agree with Spirit and tons of the other ones mentioned. Check out Randy California's Kapt. Kopter album too. Downer is a personal fave. Might go fire up the bass and play that one.
Used to be a big CCR fan and think that Green River or Cosmo's Factory may fit the bill here. Hard to find a bad song on either one of these.

Dillinger Escape Plan - Calculating Infinity; every track is a compelling rager. The whole album is like a train threatening to go off the rails at every turn, yet manages to hold on 'til the end.

The Aquabats - The Fury of The Aquabats!; one of the most fun albums of all time. There isn't one track that doesn't make me want to dance like an idiot and laugh my ass off.

Fall Out Boy - Take This To Your Grave; easily one of the most compelling and aesthetically perfect slabs of pop punk committed to record. I haven't heard one track that doesn't blow my mind for how precisely it sums up everything it sets out to do.
