Allergic to "grilled cheese"

sometimes I ask for a grilled cheese and my wife has a headache and doesnt want to make it. Then there are times when i see another chicks grilled cheese and it looks so perfect and delicious and I have to tell myself that I made a promise to my wife that I would only eat her grilled cheese sammich.

I suppose I will be eating my grilled cheese made exactly the same way for the rest of my life.

Thing is the grilled cheese may seem cheesier on the other side,...oh I guess I can't relate,...my wife never refuses the opportunity to make me a grilled cheese.

The secret to a really good grilled cheese is time. Low, slow heat, turning frequently to make sure it cooks evenly on both sides. When it is nearly done, the outside will have a sheen, almost glistening. The cheesy center will be just starting to ooze out.
I think grilled cheese are great right before bed, in the mid-afternoon, or really almost anytime.

You either haven't read the thread, or you are incredibly clever.

In these trying economic times. one must economize. Grilled cheese is wholesome, cheap stay-at-home entertainment.
I have noticed, too, that while older women are generally better cooks than younger ones, they are fairly equal when it comes to grilled cheese, although the younger ones are usually more willing to make it.

I find that as long as I get her tacos I get all the grilled cheese I want. One might say tit for tat.

EDIT:
Let me explain.

Some nights she's just not ready for a full course meal and an appetizer is just what see needs. She might even say something like "I have a headache" and don't want to cook tonight. Well, that's when a taco could make all the difference and make her feel special. And you would think, pfft A taco. Simple! No, no. You have to make them just right. You can't just go and jam all the meat in there and expect her to say "hey, thanks! That was f'n awesome!! You have to pay attention to the lettuce and the plump ripe tomato. Every ingredient is important. You have to get the sauce just right, and then BAM! Before ya know it, grilled cheese sandwich, full course meal. I don't know. Maybe she just really likes my tacos. She always begs for more after a good taco.
