I just got an Aluminati neck, pics to follow but I wanna tell you how awesome Fretsonthenet is
David a one man operation can make just about anything from metal and anodize it if you like. I think his max. Size is a J pickguard. One of which I did have made for a Hamer iirc. But small stuff no problem. His work is flawless , fairly priced and orders usually take about 5 to 6 weeks +/- so give it time if you need to rush he may not be able to but he has always delivered on time and I’ve been dealing with him for years now.
I have had so many parts made Ive lost track but here are some recent ones. So yeah AI baby!

Ok stop for now. Some big summer storms are rolling up. But I think no ring and black plate yeah? We have a Duncan SPB2. Never used one before so should be fun.oh and a pure tone jack and sealed Dunlop pots yay

So I ended up here. Fender bridge is just working better here. No weird anomalies or vibrations. I went back to the Duncan cover because it fits correctly. I want to stick in the glowy thing on the headstock later but for now I wanna hear it so let’s go track it. Later!

Glad to hear he's still around and still doing it. He did the knobs as well?

He made the pickup rings for this back in 2005 (I did the mod earlier but the rings gave it a more finished look IMO)

He actually made me a set of pickup rings to covert T-bird routes back to Jazz pickup size haha!

He can make just about anything and in some cases it’s best to send him the part which I have done many times for him to copy but he can work off CAD or whatever the industry standard is for mechanical drawings. So pretty good chance it can be copied. He actually copied all the parts I posted for the SG and AI I sent those to him. He returns it all of course when he ships the order.

Ok just a silly note to wrap this up, in the recording was the first time I plugged in and in the middle section I went to do some volume swells and the V didn’t work! So you hear me fiddling with it trying to get some tremolo action lol. Then I turned the tone down. That worked! I missed grounding the V terminal so no worky but I fixed it. Just in case you was wondering what the heck I was doing there lol

For my Thunderbird J-bass rings I literally just hand-traced the design I wanted, mostly focused on getting the positions of the screw holes and pickup openings right and he cleaned it up and made it nice before making the final rings.
