AMAZING Jeff Berlin Lesson excerpt

When I saw this post from Mike about this amazing
Jeff Berlin lesson on how to create GREAT solos with
Chord Tones, I watched all of the videos on youtube, but one part really got my attention.

It is the part where he plays 2 solos back to back with only Chord Tones (roots, 3rds, 5ths & 7ths). One is accompanied with piano & the one right after is unaccompanied, but still outlines the chord movements. Great Stuff! :bassist:

Needless to say, I too, ordered the DVD.

In the meantime, I went right ahead and transcribed both these solos for analysis. You can check 'em out if you'd like. Follow the links below. Videos for the solos, by the master, included!

Enjoy!

I did not see any video lessons. Just a short sample of a few different lessons edited together. If you have a link, please pass it along

I've actually just uploaded free video previews for every lesson on my site so people can really check it out and see if it's something that might help them.

I'm going to make that standard on every lesson from now on.. it was a real pain in the arse making over 50 preview videos in one go yesterday....
