Southwest Norway’s magnificent Preikestolen, towering almost 2,000 feet above the Lysefjord, is one of the Ryfylke region’s most famous natural attractions. Translated as ‘Pulpit’s Rock’, the cliff features a plateau at its summit, but local authorities have opted not to install safety barriers so as not to spoil the natural beauty of the view, so it’s certainly not a spot for the faint-hearted.
The one [bleep]ing day I decide to click back into this thread after not having looked in here for months, and I am greeted by this, you [bleep]ing [so-and-so]!
AND THEN, when I'm fool enough search on it to learn more, I find out it's in my own [bleep]ing state!!!

Oh man, what a HORRIFYING way to die. Poor pooch.
As much as I love thunder and lightning, we have too many fires as it is. Still a nice photo:
Attack of the killer miniature mushroom patch just downstairs in my apartment complex.
I never had a chance to capture a pic, but a few weeks ago after a rainy period, I spotted two mushroom (white spherical type) circles about six feet in diameter. So cool.
One of the pictures I took while hiking the Watchman Trail in Zion National Park last week. That place is so beautiful!
Petaluma River as it winds through the city and into San Pablo Bay.
This is the Virgin River which carved out Zion Canyon over millions of years. It doesn't look like much, but when flash floods occur, this body of water can carry large trees and rip out big boulders.
