I'll keep scouring for Gibson Bass deals for everyone. Gibson is broke and I think the run up to November will see a lot of closeouts so they can at least make the 2017s and 18s attractive for the holidays... No way to hide that they're sitting on inventory though

I have a feeling the warehouse deal on the Flea bass (still available, btw) is a matter of Amazon not realizing it's a "roadworn" bass? The description states: "Item has major cosmetic damages but is still usable. Large cosmetic imperfections on body of the item." Sounds just like a NEW Flea bass

That is partly one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard and partly terribly sad.

Might just be boilerplate, but "Packaging will be damaged" sounds scary. There's a lot that could be going on here, perhaps bent tuners or a chunk of wood missing somewhere, could be anything. Might be worth rolling the dice, though, for that discount...
