TANG30 box was a bit crushed, so no good for shipping basses. Bag itself is mighty nice for the price. I took the precaution of redirecting its WIND30 sibling (due tomorrow) to the regional UPS hub to keep it discreet. Unfortunately, bankers’ hours. Might be a challenge to get there from work.
My TANG30 arrived today. I am seriously impressed with this case! Seems to be very high quality, it's light, the pockets are useful, and it's comfortable on the shoulders. I would not have considered it all at the price of the guitar cases (over $150), but at just $33 and change, including tax, it was a fantastic deal.
Really you need to hide a $30 case from your wife? I think you need to have a real sit down about how you get to spend your money. The easiest way to is to each get an allowance of fun money that you can do what ever you want with....
It's a running joke here. It stays funny because we can all relate.
My case is being delivered today. I told my wife yesterday I bought myself a valentine's present. She is just going to be shocked when she sees the box it is only case and not a bass also. This was a great find and I was really needing 2... should have jumped at $30. Only got 1.
Hee hee, I’m the primary breadwinner (something like 80%) so the money is not the issue. It’s the sheer accumulation of “stuff” arriving. The bigger the box, the greater the scrutiny...
I'm traveling and the box (TANG30) arrived today. I got a text from the Mrs. with some terse words (I think she might have thought it's a bass). She doesn't know I also ordered one of the AA models, too). Also just arrived is one of those $99 Ashdown heads from Bass Place. Severe GAS lately.
You should see how much cardboard is in my recycling bin.

Weird. You in the US? AA31 should be here today, tracking hasn't changed to out for delivery but it is USPS so it sometimes updates slowly.
Yes, US. I was the original poster of the deal. I ordered one before everyone else. No tracking number. Shows on Amazon as not shipped and "Arriving Thursday" in one place, and "Arriving February 19 - February 22" on the same page. Oh well... it's not like I need it. Just seems strange; most things from Amazon get to me much quicker than this.
