They've done the same to me in the past on other items. For example; I'd gotten a quote on an MTD Artist 5 then the MTD Heir 5 they claimed that Amazon was not an authorized dealer...yeah right. It took a few tries but I finally got it. Don't give up!

I've got an Eden WT500 that is broke. I need to get a new amp. I've never heard a Genz Benz before, let alone this model. Sounds like a great deal, but I wonder if I'd be pleased with the tone? I've been looking at a used Markbass LMIII, a Markbass SD800 or LT800.

Not to hijack the thread, but what's the tone like?

genz is contemporary sounding but you can still pull a classic sound out of it. up front i'd say it's a mid-scooper's dream come true yet pretty versatile. fast attack.
i think mine weighs one pound.
