It's actually record breaking heat here, so this is the extreme and not the norm.

I did find this (slightly depressing):


Maybe I need a newer waterproof iPhone, then I can run touchAble as an Ableton controller and set the laptop up near the tub...

I remember a company that offered full army grade water proofing devices such as laptops, phones special gps devices etc.....

Cwejman stuff is so hard to get new that second hand prices are sky high. So when I have a chance to grab a new one I try to grab it, because I won’t lose money if I sell.

Yeah. Firing up the electronic gear in the house is gonna cause a rolling blackout and raise the oven temp a few degrees. I need a waterproof synth I can take in the tub.

time for shamelss pimping.

new toques “album”: it’s been a while in the making. mixing and mastering delays, etc. originally we were gonna do a mini-tour this summer to support. you can guess what happened! since there’s no touring window in sight, we’re doing a digi-only release for the time being.

nathan: plays acoustic and electronic drums, samples and field recordings (via iphone).

me: ebasses, stereo effects and looping; samples and synths (via ipads) with stereo effects and looping; live, not post, panning.

Hell, no. It's just Vermont summer. 50's at night in July actually happens, here, quite normal. And I'm getting in my old 1966 camper trailer tomorrow and heading out for a few days, so hopefully, y'all won't miss me, too much.

in the past i’ve considered berlin and a’dam (still might). right now the fantasy is cdmx cause it’s so amazing.

gotta get through the next few years, first.
