have you got the world’s biggest collection of foderas?
Back in the early days, when I first got my Wal, there was some guy in the UK who had, I'm not kidding, at least 15 Wals, and Wals cost about the same as Foderas.
eh. two i’ve had two since 85/86. cost me $1,800 each. and i was a friend of fodera, so i got good deals back in the day. i also bought some used at good prices.
def not a house, maybe one of those used bmw sedans ugly has.
You could probably buy a house in Nebraska.
When I look at how scarce Wals are, I still can't believe I only paid 2400, used, about 15 years ago. New are 9k and up, and I don't think I've seen a used one less than 6k.
With all the wood in that photo one could even build a house.
A fretless Wal sold for under $4k a few weeks ago.

I've always thought about living in a tiny house...and then I think about my gear and I quickly realize we're gonna need a bigger boat.
Tiny houses are a thing up here in VT, like a lot of other places. Love the concept. And then I think of the gear. Really.
