Saw that a few years ago. Great one.
OMG this will be so useful in other contexts.
Bought boring utility modules. Both are input/output modules which will connect my basses and other pedals to the system and save me some space over the existing module I’ve got to do this. I’ll also be able to split the output into one mini and two stereo feeds so I can have a mono bass sound and stereo ambient sound go to separate external destinations, instead of having the system send a single stereo feed.
Each unit will accept guitar inputs and then output at pedal friendly levels. So begins the integration.
Top two modules on the right are new. Time to bolt them down and fire it up.

Oh euro rack. I planned out the spacing based on width but the depth of the new modules is tricky. A fair amount of time spent moving everything around to make sure it all clears the power supply. The 4 HP unit really needs to be 5 HP. I mean, it’ll fit in a 4 wide space, but not any/every 4 wide space.
Well, I got it working. I played my bass into the euro rack and got the VCA, filter, and delay processing the signal. It wasn’t anything great but it was a proof of concept. The gain staging is tricky because I don’t have any metering and I can’t tell which clipping is is coming from which module, so it takes a little hunting and tweaking.

Went on a couple benders trying to find experimental electronic stuff I like...wound up buying two more Aphex Twin records 
Finished the doc on Eno. Went on to a few minutes of Lydia Lunch, then moved on to a Kraftwerk doc as I patch modules.

Lydia Lunch...interesting kinda...
Kraftwerk are kinda like Frank Zappa to me . I love the innovation, the thought process and respect the ‘importance.’ Just wish I enjoyed the actual music more. I’ve watched everything I could ever find on Kraftwerk and owned a few records in high school...so groundbreaking. Today, I can’t seem to get through an entire record most of the time, yet I adore them

What site do you find your music docs on? I have trouble finding ones I like.

Same wit kraftwerk, respect the heck out of em. I cant listen to more than 2 or 3 songs.

Posted this last night. All synths this time, played live in one take. I could run my bass guitar rig for another voice but my Tascam recorder only has two inputs and the mixer on my synth rig has no more inputs available. When I started out doing this stuff I had no idea that the gear setup for running multiple instruments was so important and difficult to get just right, especially when you're trying to save space.
