Monster Johnson?

Were you on the live chat from my last streaming event?

Another ass kicker of a week. This has not been a good semester for me.

But, really loving the Norand. I’ve felt too crap to practice, but turning on a synth is way easier. The whole fixed architecture thing seems to be working a lot better for me than modular or software.

So I also ordered a Dreadbox Typhon. The modulation routings look very promising for the Linnstrument.

Another all night drive home. Bought a few things off iTunes to listen to on my phone. Some Steve Reich Sextet stuff. Awesome to me. After that, Hania Rani. Beautiful stuff I was hoping would help me drift off to sleep. Nope!
Then yet another Autechre bender. Started with Draft 7.30, then onto NTS Session 1. If I remember right, @ugly_bassplayer really likes this one and it’s become one of my favorites lately. Quaristice after that and currently rocking Tri Repetae. Bought the last two tonight and really loving em both. Tri Repetae was released 26 years ago and still sounds ahead of its time

All the nts sessions and elseq albums are in 2 big playlists.
So I have no idea what album I like best.
But, the NTS sessions seem to get more plays.
Damn Booth and Brown have insane creative minds. Once in a generation kind of stuff.

Still think the last 2 records are among the weakest they've made, yet always miles ahead any others in the field.

Which records did you get?

Recent pickups for me:

Also did the subscription deal with local label Constellation, since I know lots of those people and somehow didn't know that was an option.
