Hi a newbe on the forum, I saw an American J-bass in a store ,used, I know I should have written the serial # down to research it , but it is a string through body type. Anybody got an idea of what year etc, this may be? thanks

American Jazz bass question

You need the serial number to determine the year of production. If not, then at least a detailed photo to try and narrow it down. String through is a pretty good sign it is American made.
