Depends on the music. For rock or country probably the XLT. For soul, gospel, or funk probably the XST. The XST is smoother and deeper, the XLT has more low-mid punch.

The XLT has that characteristic Eden mid-push while the XST is flatter, and goes deeper. Also the XST handles a bit more power - earlier ones were 450 later upped to 500 watts, versus 350 for the XLT. Note those are thermal ratings of course.
A great cab combination is to run both a 210XST and 210XLT together.
